      The Board of Directors of Non-Profit Joint Stock Company "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University", 114 Gogol Street, Almaty, 050000, announces a competition for the vacant position of Compliance Specialist.  

      The main subject of activity is to ensure the introduction of tools for the prevention of corruption offenses by the Company and its employees, the effective implementation of a system of measures to combat corruption in the Company, ensuring internal analysis of corruption risks in the Company, ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and best international practices on anti-corruption, ensuring compliance with the basic principles of anti-corruption in accordance with the Law. 

      The purpose of the Compliance Specialist's activity is to ensure compliance by the Company, its employees and students with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures.

      Requirements to contest participants:

      1) higher education in the relevant fields - economics, finance, law or other related field related to the business function;
      2) at least 3 (three) years of work experience years in the implementation of the compliance function, which involves the implementation of most elements of the Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan or specified in the Law;
      3) availability of a certificate in the field of anti-corruption compliance;
      4) availability of organizational and analytical abilities and skills;
      5) knowledge of the specifics of the Company's activities;
      6) knowledge of international practices and standards in the field of corporate governance systems, internal control, fraud and conflict of interest risk management, as well as in the field of conducting verification activities (internal and external audits, internal audits, etc.);
      7) knowledge of legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on anti-corruption issues, in the field of regulatory requirements for the Company;
      8) proficiency in the state language at a level sufficient for effective communication, as well as English;
      9) experience and skills in the development of internal corporate documents, standards, policies and procedures, preferably experience in rulemaking;
      10) learning and training skills;
      11) preferably a master's degree or PhD;
      12) it is preferable to have an international certificate in the field of compliance ("ICA International Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance" or similar top-level certificates issued by international and national professional organizations in the field of compliance, assuming passing a qualification exam).

      A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents in electronic and printed form (in Kazakh, English and Russian languages)

      1) full name of the candidate;
      2) year of birth;
      3) education, specialty by diploma (diplomas), information on advanced training and professional retraining;
      4) certificate of completion of anti-corruption compliance courses;
      5) information about work experience in a similar position;
      6) written application of the candidate for appointment to the position of Compliance Specialist of the Company.

      Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition shall be held within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

      The date and place of the competition will be announced additionally.
