According to the "National rating-2013", it took the 12th place among the top 30 universities in the country and took the second place among pedagogical universities. According to the results of an independent business rating in 2013, the university was one of the 30 largest enterprises in Kazakhstan and was awarded with the national certificate "Industry Leader".

Every year, 200 students were trained in this Department. They were provided with a free hostel, three meals a day, a scholarship and transport expenses at the expense of the budget.

          • On September 14, 1956, on the basis of the decree No. 139 of August 18, 1956 of the USSR Ministry of Higher Education, the Institute, the same as all pedagogical universities, was transferred to a 5-year period of study.
