The Internal Audit Service of the Non-profit Joint Stock Company "Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University" is the Company's control body that ensures the organization and implementation of internal audit in the Company, which is independent of the influence of third parties, except for the Sole Shareholder of the Company, the Board of Directors and is directly subordinate and accountable to the Board of Directors of the Company, which controls the financial and economic activities of the Company, assessment in areas of internal control, risk management, execution of documents in the field of corporate governance and consulting in order to improve the Company's activities.
The mission of the Service is to provide the necessary assistance to the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the Company in fulfilling their responsibilities to achieve strategic goals by conducting objective internal audits based on a risk-based approach, providing recommendations and sharing knowledge.
The main objective of the Internal Audit Service is to assist the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the Company in improving the efficiency of the Company's management, improving its financial and economic activities, including through a systematic and consistent approach to the analysis and evaluation of risk management systems, internal control and corporate governance as tools to ensure reasonable confidence in achieving the goals set for the Company.
The Internal Audit Service carries out its activities in compliance with the mandatory International Principles of Professional Internal Audit Practice (IPPF).The main documents regulating the activities of the Internal Audit Service are:
- Regulations on the Internal Audit Service of the NPJSC "Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University";
- Rules on the organization of internal audit of the NPJSC "Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University";
