Project "Voice of teachers"
The "Voice of teachers"project is part of the Basic Direction of KazNatsZhenPU on the formation and promotion of a personnel reserve of young talents, leaders in the field of education and is aimed at professionalizing the education system through the transfer of knowledge from general professionals to teachers starting their careers. Goal: industry experts transfer their knowledge, professional and life skills and competencies and support in the implementation of initiatives in the areas: ICT, STEM, coaching, creative economy, finance, innovation, EdTech, entrepreneurship and more.
The project is aimed at innovation in the educational field, lasted 95 hours.
Activities are being held at the project site to train a new generation of teachers.
«Management in Education» course
The project «Ustaz Dauysy» will also implement the course «Management in Education» for the management of pre-school and secondary educational institutions, TVET institutions, universities, and other educational organizations. The project, which lasted 96 hours, aims to provide mastery of knowledge and practical skills, hard & soft skills competencies, and basic leadership skills necessary for transitioning and succeeding as a leader in a team or organization.
The Center for Women's Leadership and Entrepreneurship has developed the «SANA» tutoring project, which will be aimed at forming a tutoring base among female students at the University. The goal of the project is to help students in schools and other educational institutions clarify topics that cause difficulties in the educational process. This initiative will significantly assist students in eliminating gaps in knowledge and subsequently improving their grades in subjects. The project, which lasted 92 hours, will provide university students with experience as tutors, along with the opportunity to receive letters of recommendation from supervisors based on the selection results.
