    NPJSC "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University" (hereinafter - the Company) builds its work in accordance with the best compliance practices on anti-corruption issues. In accordance with the Regulations on the Company's Compliance Service, the Compliance Service is an independent structural unit, organizationally and functionally accountable to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

    The main purpose of the activity is the implementation of the Compliance Program, the definition of anti-corruption policy, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures, including the assessment of corruption risks in the Company. One of the most important elements of the compliance program aimed at preventing corruption is the identification and assessment of corruption risks. On a periodic basis, the study of existing processes is carried out in order to identify conditions for committing corruption offenses. Since November 3, 2021, an internal analysis of corruption risks in the Company's activities has been carried out, based on the results of which measures aimed at further development will be developed.

    Compliance (English) "compliance". This function monitors the compliance of the organization's internal procedures with international and local regulatory standards.

    Code of Ethics and Conduct of NPJSC "Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University"

    Code of Ethics and Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the Code) The Company has been replaced by an outdated Code of Ethics. The Code is a more comprehensive document and, in addition to ethics standards, includes standards of conduct and duties of employees, questions and answers, as well as explanations. The document was developed on the basis of an internal assessment of compliance risks and in accordance with the principles of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on combating bribery and corruption.

    The Company's Compliance Hotline pays special attention to the development and maintenance of a corporate culture that demonstrates commitment to the principles of integrity, transparency and honesty.

    In order to further maintain a positive image, the Company's Compliance Service has launched a Hotline for timely detection and prevention of violations of legislation and/or the Code of Ethics and Conduct, including cases of fraud, corruption, discrimination, unethical behavior and other violations related to the Company's activities.
