The Youth Policy Center, which focuses students on civic and patriotic education, with the effective use of their leisure time, organizes various cultural and spiritual events at the university, and establishes communication between management and students.
The purpose: The Center for Youth Management Policy aims to increase the number of young people with high moral potential, responsibility, and social competence in an educational institution. It purposes to develop and support a group of young people who take part in solving problems related to the organization of the educational process of students, effectively and productively spend their free time, increase their social activity, support student initiatives, and show a special example of initiative, independent, social activity. A particularly significant goal of the Center is to organize and improve the activities of the society related to the education of future young professionals through the formation of an active life position, moral and spiritual values, as well as the development of socially significant competencies necessary for further personal and professional growth of students. The main purpose of management is the management, organization, and control of social and educational work at institutes and faculties.
The tasks of the center: It include the development of patriotism, the strengthening of national values, the formation of an ideal, legal culture, the development of physical culture and a healthy lifestyle among students, the popularization of national sports and games, increasing their creative abilities, introducing them to civilized art, as well as providing them with social assistance, adaptation to various conditions and support in difficult times. The following tasks are given below:
- foster citizenship, responsibility, hard work among students and strengthening the sense of Kazakhstani patriotism, the priority of family education, studying the living conditions and upbringing of students in the family,
- participate in the work of student self-government organizations (student assemblies),
- raise the level of legal culture, fostering intolerance to manifestations of corruption,
- assistance in ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of students,
- develop measures for the formation and implementation of youth policy,
- select the chairmen and deans of the student government, an asset of the student council for student government organizations,
- develop socially significant competencies necessary for further personal and professional growth of students,
- improve the quality of educational services provided while creating favorable conditions for the effective realization of intellectual, creative, innovative potential, as well as providing legal and organizational conditions for students,
- assistance in maintaining the educational process.
The Department of Social Work carries out the activities in six areas:
- Youth policy

- Anti-corruption and legal education
- Formation of a healthy lifestyle
- Development of students' creativity
The Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University has more than 14 student organizations and clubs of with youth and public organizations dedicated to the comprehensive development of youth, creative, competitive, intellectual, sports and green economic development, volunteerism, good neighborliness, patriotism, culture and literature, friendship, and civil law.
A new environment, a positive outlook, an optimistic and strong spirit, rapid adaptation to the spiritual and scientific environment, opening the way to a free well-being. This speaks about the most interesting moments of the student life of our university. The activation of social activities of young people at the university, the formation of citizenship and increasing their competitiveness, the creation of necessary conditions conducive to the spiritual wealth and intellectual development of the university's youth.
The clubs and organizations are: The club Kyz Zhibek»; the сlub «Sanaly urpaq»; the club «Parasatty NLO (Union of Real Leaders) »; the construction team «Zhasyl El»; Zhastar rukhy”; the club of young poets "Ak Kauyrsyn"; there is a student detachment of police assistants "Sert" of the Almaly district of Almaty; to develop business plans and achieve Sustainable Development Goals, "Enactus", one of the centralized organizations of our university "Zhastar Media", an organization created to organize events for the development and promotion of the volunteer movement in the Republic of Kazakhstan "League of Volunteers", the most unique organization created for tourism purposes and dedicated to the development of the tourism department of our university QyzPU-Tour University, as well as one of the main organizations aimed at students of our university, people who love their country, their land, forming the national intellectual elite of the future "QyzPU Patriots", the Royals club uniting students with common interests and the development of personal hobbies, organizing cultural and social work in various fields of art, and there is also an Association for "Sustainable Development" the goal is to fight inequality and injustice, as well as protecting the planet and ensuring peace and prosperity for all the population.
