On July 1, 2024, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University will host the presentation of the textbooks of Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Digital Technologies Gulnaz Salgarayeva «Programming on Python» and «Methodology and technology of distance learning», the teaching and methodological textbook «The use of digital technologies in inclusive education for hearing-impaired children» developed as part of the implementation of the grant funding project AP19679272 «Development of educational mobile applications for inclusive education of children with hearing impairment».
The textbook «Programming on Python» was developed for training specialists in the field of «061-Information and Communication Technologies». This textbook was recommended by the Republican educational and methodological council of the International University of Information Technologies in the direction of «Information and Communication Technologies» and published by the publishing house «Arman-PV». The textbook «Programming in Python» covers all the main topics necessary to develop students’ basic knowledge of programming. The textbook covers such important topics as features of the Python programming language, data types, conditional statements and types, loops, functions, working with files and graphics. Each topic is distinguished by separate theoretical material, examples of practical problems and explanations for each line.
The textbook «Methodology and technology of distance learning» is intended for all students and teachers of the educational program 6B01-Pedagogical sciences. This textbook was recommended by Republican educational and methodological councilon the basis of KazNPU named after Abay and published by «Daryn» publishing house. The textbook «Methodology and technology of distance learning» consists of two chapters: «Technology and methodology of distance learning», «Using of technology of distance learning in practice». In the first chapter considered the place of distance learning in the education system, theoretical foundations, history of development, forms of organization, integration of traditional and distance learning forms, creation of content for distance learning, methodological foundations of using Internet technologies and artificial intelligence in distance learning. In the second chapter, there are practical lessons aimed at the formation of practical skills necessary for the use of various methods and technologies in distance learning. Each chapter can be used as a teaching-methodical complex on the subject, as well as as an auxiliary aid for organizing the distance learning process.
The teaching and methodological textbook «The use of digital technologies in inclusive education for hearing-impaired children» was considered at a meeting of the Educational and Methodological Council of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, submitted for publication and published by the «Daryn» publishing house. The teaching and methodological textbook contains a theoretical analysis of pedagogical and psychological literature in order to determine the requirements for digital educational resources used in teaching hearing-impaired children. It also provides step-by-step guidance on creating digital educational resources such as interactive graphics, infographics, interactive videos, and fully interactive lessons to teach students with hearing loss. The teaching and methodological textbook is intended for teachers of special schools, subject teachers of schools implementing inclusive education, future teachers and students of pedagogical universities.
