IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The order of settling in the dormitory

  ALMATY. JANUARY 24. PRESS CENTER – Hello, student! Today we will tell you about the order of settling in the dormitory in the spring semester.

   

  HOW WILL THE PROCESS WORK?

  • STEP 1. Student Affairs Office filling in the column «Requires a dormitory» in the system «UNIVER-2.0» directs the student to the deputy director of the institute.

  • STEP 2. Each student writes an application through their own system «UNIVER-2.0» and sends it to the module of the deputy director of the institute.

  • STEP 3. The deputy director fills the column about all social statuses of the student through the system «UNIVER-2.0» and marks the students who need dormitory, checks their certificates of medical examination and payment for dormitory, also the passport of vaccination and then sends to the Student Affairs Office.

  • STEP 4. Student Affairs Office through the system «UNIVER-2.0», checks in which dormitory needs to be placed, and sends it electronically to the Commandant of the appropriate dormitory.

  • STEP 5. The dorm Commandant accepts requests through the module «UNIVER-2.0». The student can enter his electronic profile and see the room assigned  through the system «UNIVER-2.0».

   

  WHO IS GIVEN A PLACE IN THE DORMITORY?

  FIRST: 1st, 2nd,and 3rd year undergraduate students

  SECOND: Students who have received two components of the vaccine (*required Vacation Passport and «green» status in the «Ashyq» system).

  THIRD: Students from low-income families.

  FOURTH: Students who are not at risk group.

  P.S.: At-risk groups include students who are not allowed to receive the vaccine with a medical exemption; students who are quarantined themselves or their families; and students who are pregnant or with a newborn baby or are minors who need the Pfizer vaccine.

  Recall that the settling of 1,2,3rd year bachelor students in the dormitory is scheduled for February 5-6.
