      The Decade «Lessons of Independence» has started at the university

      ALMATY. December 9. Press center – Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University has started a decade «Tauelsizdik tagylimi» («Lessons of Independence») dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the country.

      The main purpose of the anniversary event is to instill patriotism in students.

      The activities of the Decade are carried out in the educational, methodological, research and educational areas.

      Within the framework of the comprehensive plan adopted for the Decade an international and national meetings, scientific competitions and contests, art exhibitions, competitions of educational and research projects, forums dedicated to the achievements of Kazakhstan during the years of independence will be held.

      – The 30th anniversary of independence is not a holiday where we can limit to just a one-day celebration. This date should be remembered, first of all, by political and economic reforms, events for the development of education and science. Nowadays, people's consciousness has changed significantly. In this regard, when celebrating the anniversary, it is necessary to pay special attention to educational activities, – said the Director of the Department of Communication and Marketing of the University Zhandar Asan.
