      Unvaccinated employees are not allowed to the place of work

      ALMATY. August 5. Press center –  Access to work will be restricted for unvaccinated employees.

      The decree of the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Kazakhstan Yerlan Kiyasov states that «Those who are not vaccinated or do not want to be vaccinated should take a PCR test weekly».

      The validity period of the PCR test is 7 days.

      If the vaccine has not been received for health reasons, it is necessary to obtain a medical certificate confirming it.

      This requirement applies to public service centers, schools, kindergartens and higher educational institutions, banks, currency exchange offices, trading houses, airports and other institutions.

      – According to the decree, employers must organize the vaccination of everyone, and do not involve those who are not vaccinated to work offline. That is, employees who did not receive the first component after July 15 and the second component before August 15 will be required to work remotely, – said Maral Rakhimzhanova, head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
