ALMATY. January 26. Press center – Gaziza Shoibekova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, who was awarded the title of «Best Teacher of the University» What contribution did she make to the training of qualified personnel and the development of Kazakh linguistics at the Women's University?
Gaziza Shoibekova was born on September 28, 1977 in Maktaaral district of present-day Turkestan region. After graduating from Kyzylkum Secondary School in Enbekshi village in 1994, he studied at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from 1994 to 2015 at the bachelor's, master's, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
She began her career in 2000 in Almaty, now the Republican Boarding School for Gifted Children named after Abai, which provides in-depth study of the Kazakh language and literature.
From 2005 to 2008 she worked as a teacher of the Kazakh language at the Preparatory Faculty of the Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training Institute. Since 2008 she has been working at the Faculty of Philology as a senior lecturer, acting associate professor.
Gaziza Shoibekova defended her Candidate's dissertation in 2006 under the supervision of Professor Anar Salkynbay on "Semantic features and motivation of derivative words (semantic method)."
The research of the scientist is devoted to theoretical problems in the field of word formation in Kazakh linguistics.
G. Shoibekova spoke at scientific conferences, symposiums and forums in China, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia and Uzbekistan on issues of Turkic studies and Kazakh linguistics. He also regularly raises the issue of the introduction of Latin script in foreign collections, the Kazakhization of foreign words in our language, the use of elements of other Turkic languages, if necessary, and regularly shares his experience.
Gaziza Beisenbekovna implemented 2 projects on basic research funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She also contributed to the development of Kazakh science by participating in research projects "Communicative grammar: theory and practice" and "Linguistic bases and multimedia technologies for the development of interactive educational programs related to the transition to Latin script."
She is the developer of test tasks on the system of assessment of the level of knowledge of the Kazakh language "KAZTEST", the author of the standard curriculum of profile subjects for grades 5-11 "Abay schools".
Students of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, prepared by Gaziza Shoibekova, have won prizes in international and national competitions of research projects and educational Olympiads.
For her contribution to the development of the Kazakh State Women's Teacher Training University, the scientist was awarded the Jubilee Medal "Badge of Honor", the Jubilee Medal "80 years of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University" and the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science "Kurmet".
