On October 3, the Center for Mental Health Development and the Institute of Natural Sciences conducted a psychological training session as part of the work aimed at preventing self-destructive behavior among students.

The training was led by psychologist Kamsat Karabekkyzy Amirova. During the event, the students, as future educators, introduced themselves and shared information about themselves in order to develop public speaking skills. They also expressed their thoughts openly, answered various questions, and engaged in discussions.

The students were given tasks on how to cope with life’s challenges, set goals, and achieve them. By continuing an unfinished story, they identified the skills that need to be developed for a better life.

Various techniques to increase motivation and enthusiasm for life were practiced, and methods for applying these techniques in daily life were explored. In addition, the importance of managing time effectively and focusing on holistic development during student life was explained through specific exercises.

During the training, the students performed exercises to relieve fatigue after classes, shared their impressions of the session, and provided feedback.
