In QyzPU, in order to improve the corporate culture for managers and employees of the university, TLC (Limited Liability Partnership "Transform.Lead.Change", https://tlc.com.kz /) conducted coaching sessions
TLC has been operating since 2019. TLC experts have significant managerial and analytical experience in the system of higher education and science, in the field of strategic management, academic and research policy of the university, HR, project management, branding, Digital transformation, financial management, etc. TLC offers an extensive list of thematic trainings and customized programs adapted to each organization.
62 university employees took part in the coaching session. The coaches of the coaching sessions were professional coaches Elena Grigorieva and Nazgul Kunbatyrova.
The first two sessions were conducted by Executive&Team Coach Elena Grigorieva on the topic "Coaching in the development of leaders and teams".
The training covered responsibility management, coaching terminology, coaching and other support professions, partnership and trust in coaching, priority and motivation management, and the pyramid of logical levels.
Thanks to their strengths, the participants learned to set a development goal, develop communication and teamwork skills, feedback skills, and apply the acquired knowledge and skills in the workplace. They realized the importance of positive thinking, the need for constant development of themselves and their subordinates.
The third session was conducted by a professional business coach, a coach at the PCC ICF level, a language coach Kunbatyrova Nazgul.
Training topic: "How to apply coaching technologies in team management"
Participants learned the importance of a survey position, listening and open-ended question skills, skills to strengthen communication and teamwork in an organization, the importance of positive thinking and the need to work only with positive requests in sessions, as well as tools for setting goals and determining the results of the session.
