The number of female scientists at QYZPU has increased

  The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University has seen a marked increase in the number of female researchers, according to the Department of Science. The number of female researchers at the university increased by 20 per cent to 192. This indicates significant progress in attracting and supporting women in science.

  Of the total number of women researchers, 170 have PhDs, 22 have doctoral degrees. This high percentage of women with advanced degrees shows great progress in gender equality in the scientific community.

  In 2022, the number of female scientists was 154.

  Women researchers at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University are the driving force behind scientific discoveries. They successfully make scientific discoveries, publish their articles in highly rated scientific journals, receive research funding, create innovative patents and undergo internships at leading research institutions and universities around the world.

                                             

  One of the brightest examples of achievements of women researchers at the Women's University is a preparation developed by young scientist Akbota Kuandykova, which increases the yield of vegetables. The preparation was created on the basis of new phosphorus organic compounds and allows for a significant increase in agricultural production. By using microwave rays to synthesise the drug, its use becomes more accessible and effective.

  The next example is the young scientist Moldir Abdiraimova. She specialises in studying the synthesis and electrocatalytic activity of perovskite-like ferrites and borophene. Her work is aimed at creating new materials for hydrogen production, which can be used in various industries.

                                                                           

  Professor Gulnaz Salgarayeva, another QYZPU scientist, is focused on exploring the use of digital technologies to ensure quality inclusive education. She is actively developing methods to make educational processes more accessible and effective for all categories of students.

                                                                         

  Thus, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University actively works to support and promote women scientists and create conditions for their successful careers.
