THE TRADITIONAL «JOB FAIR – 2022» WAS HELD

  ALMATY. APRIL 29. PRESS CENTER - QyzPU held a traditional "Job Fair - 2022" to employ graduates and strengthen partnerships with employers.

  One of the main goals of the fair is to organize a meeting of employers and university graduates and help graduates find employment.

  One of the most important indicators of staff training at each institution of higher education is the employment of graduates. An indicator of the effectiveness of our university in this area is the fact that in 2021, 95% of university graduates were employed.

  Following the requirements of paragraph 17 of Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Education, the main task is to ensure the need for specialists needed in the 2022-2023 academic year.

  During the event were conducted several seminars and round tables, where were discussed issues of normative-methodical provision and strategic reflection on the process of preparation of future teachers of the country. In particular, the round table "Portrait of a young teacher in the eyes of graduates and employers", the seminar "School - University - School"; the master class "Building a career together!" and many such events.

  In addition, representatives of education departments, district education departments, and school directors from Akmola, Aktobe, Zhambyl, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan, and East Kazakhstan regions and the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty held online/offline meetings with graduates on teacher vacancies needed for the school year 2022-2023. Specialists of the job seeker support department of the Employment Center of the Almaty City Akimat informed about existing state programs for employment of university graduates (Youth Internship, the "First Workplace" project, the "Contract of Generations" project, the "With Diploma - to the Village!" program). Representatives of the Youth Resource Center of the Almaly district shared information about projects for young people.

  According to the report of the fair, to date, more than 500 organizations and businesses across the country have applied for 2093 jobs.
