      XVII REPUBLICAN STUDENT SUBJECT OLYMPIAD IN THE FIELD OF

      Dear students! We invite you to take part in the XVII Republican Subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions in the educational program "Library Science", which will be held on April 24!

      The main goal of the event is to educate students in citizenship, create conditions for developing respect for librarianship, identify students who demonstrate special abilities and interest in studying library disciplines, as well as collect scientific and methodological experience in modernizing library education, including the transition to specialized training in senior years.

      Students of 1-4 years are invited to participate in the Olympiad. The team must include 5 participants. The costs of participation in the Olympiad (transportation costs, accommodation) are paid by the sending party.

      The Olympiad in the educational program "Library Science" is held as a team competition in three stages: Stage 1 - greeting the team (completed as homework); Stage 2 - situational tasks of teams and the "Question-Answer" competition on the program "Library Science"; Stage 3 - development and defense of a scientific project related to librarianship.

      To participate in the Olympiad, you must complete the required documents in accordance with the established sample by April 15, 2025 and send them to the specified address: baidarova.a@qyzpu.edu.kz.
