Dear QyzPU staff! On April 3, 2025, we invite you to the conference "Uly Dala Tarihy", organized by the Research Center "Uly Dala Tarihy" of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Arts!
Based on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, announced at the National Kurultai, on the "Revival of National Historical Consciousness", this conference is aimed at restoring the true image of Kazakh history.
The event will be attended by historians, archaeologists, ethnographers, orientalists, political scientists, representatives of government agencies, teachers and students of higher educational institutions.
The conference is a large-scale academic event dedicated to the discussion of the historical heritage of the Kazakh people, the ways of formation of the Turkic civilization and the most important events that took place in the Great Steppe. The conference will examine new research in the field of history, the significance of our national heritage and its role in modern Kazakhstan.
Researchers will share new data on the periods of the creation of the Kazakh Khanate, the people and tribes inhabiting the Great Steppe, as well as the contribution of Shyngys Khan and his descendants to world civilization. In addition, a presentation of the book "Uly Dala Aqiqaty" will take place.
Expected results: Discovery of new aspects of Kazakh history, discussion of the development of the Turkic civilization and the formation of Kazakh statehood, revival of historical consciousness, identification and dissemination of distorted data, strengthening scientific cooperation, and promoting the publication of new research and scientific papers.
