  The Strategic Development Center is Hiring for the Positions of Manager and Senior Manager!

  Manager of the Strategic Development Center

  Salary: 280,000 ₸ (before tax)
  Work experience: 1–3 years
  Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours
  Full-time employment
  Work format: On-site at the employer’s office

  Responsibilities: Participate in the development of the University’s Development Program and Plan; Monitor and prepare information on the implementation of the Development Program and Plan; Collect data for the University’s participation in national and international rankings; Collect data for preparing the annual report on the University’s Development Plan; Participate in planning the Center’s activities, providing necessary information for reporting.

  Requirements: Higher education in economics, law, education, and at least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field; Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher; Skills in preparing presentations, generating annual/interim reports; Skills in data collection and processing; Skills in SWOT analysis of projects; Business communication and correspondence skills.

  Senior Manager of the Strategic Development Center

  Salary: 320,000 ₸ (before tax)
  Work experience: 3–6 years
  Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours
  Full-time employment

  Responsibilities: Develop proposals for implementing the University’s Development Program and Plan; Analyze the current situation and external environment to identify opportunities and threats; Coordinate projects and initiatives within the framework of strategic development; Collect data for the University’s participation in national and international rankings; Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making; Prepare reports and presentations for management; Interact with various University departments to ensure the completion of strategic tasks; Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Development Program and Plan; Organize and conduct meetings, seminars, and training on strategic planning and development.

  Requirements: Higher education (preferably in economics, management, public administration, or related fields); Work experience in institutions, organizations, and enterprises related to educational organizations, at least 3 years; Knowledge of strategic analysis and planning methods and tools; Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data; Proficiency in modern office programs and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, etc.); Ability for system thinking and strategic vision; Teamwork skills and effective communication skills; High level of responsibility and initiative; Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
