Notification on holding a competition to attract investments to provide students of NJSC «Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University» with places in the dormitory

  NJSC «Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University» (hereinafter – the University) announces a competition to attract investments to provide University students with places in the dormitory.

  The purpose of the Project: construction (reconstruction) of a student dormitory in Almaty to meet the needs of University students by providing comfortable living services (broadband Internet connection and computerization (coworking), equipping with modern comfort zones, sports area, catering area).

  The design capacity of the student dormitory is at least 300 (three hundred) beds.

  Project location: Almaty city, Almaly district, within a three-kilometer zone from the main building of the University.

  The Project implementation period is 8 (eight) months or more, of which:

  - construction period: 7 (seven) months, with the commissioning of the constructed or reconstructed facility no later than October 01, 2024. Ensuring the possibility of settling University students by an earlier date, namely by September 01, 2024, will be an advantage (priority) when considering applications received;

  Period of operation: 6 (six) years in the case of construction of a new facility or 8 (eight) years – during the reconstruction of an existing facility, with a ban (encumbrance of the right) to change the purpose of the dormitory for a period of at least 20 (twenty) years.

  Reimbursement of investments (expenses, expenses) investor – at the expense of a state order to provide students, undergraduates and doctoral students of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education with places in dormitories in accordance with the procedure provided for by the relevant regulatory legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan, see https://fincenter.kz/investors/dormitory . Payment for accommodation is not more than 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) tenge per bed. The subsequent increase is agreed upon by the parties.

  Applications from potential investors are accepted from 01/22/2024 to 01/31/2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. daily, at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Gogol Street, 114, building 1, office no. [●] [4].

  Envelopes with applications from potential investors will be opened on February 01, 2024 at 15.00 at the address: 114 Gogol Street, Building 1, office No. [●] [107], Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

  Participants - potential investors, represented by authorized representatives, have the right to be present at the opening of applications for participation in the competition, provided that they present an identity document, a power of attorney to represent the interests of the participant or a document confirming the appointment to the position of the first head of the participant.
