  ALMATY. March 1. Press center – Meet Zaure Bekenova, a 4th-year student of QyzPU University majoring in «Cultural and Leisure Work»! Zaure is very active in education process and social work of the University. Today she will tell about her student life, her achievements, and about the possibilities of the specialty «Cultural and leisure work».

   

  –  Zaure, tell us about yourself.

  – Good evening, my name is Zaure. I am 21 years old. I am a 4th-year student in the specialty «Cultural and leisure work». At present, I am preparing for the protection of the dissertation.

   

  –  Why did you choose QyzPU and this profession?

  –  The main reason for my choice of QyzPU was my relatives. The university's long history and its prestige in society influenced my decision. While studying at school, I participated in regional and republican creative competitions and won. That is why I chose this profession and received an educational grant.

   

  –  Where can graduates of this specialty work?

  –  The sphere of activity of specialists is very wide. Graduates can work as teachers, managers, screenwriters, directors, organizers, presenters in education, tourism, culture, media.

   

  –  Where can I get an internship in this specialty?

  –  Internships are on television, radio, in schools, theaters, houses of culture, museums, and the Philharmonic. Now the number of practical bases is growing.

   

  – Do you like the student life of QyzPU?

  –  I like it! For some years I was the leader of the «Zhas Otan» organization. We realized a lot of projects inside the organization.

   

  –  What successes did you achieve with help of QyzPU?

  –  For several years I was awarded the President scholarship. In 2020 I became the best in the republican competition «The Best Student of the Year». All these are the opportunities provided by QyzPU.

   

  –  Your goal...

  –  My goal – Is to become worthy, the professional of the business.
