      ALMATY. FEBRUARY 25. PRESS CENTER – Effective organization of students' leisure time contributes to the development of their creative potential. To this QyzPU University has student management organizations, sports sections, and clubs. A volleyball tournament was held to encourage students living in dormitories to lead a healthy lifestyle.

      Teams «Zhasstar», «Zhalyn», «Alau», «Grazia» and «Sunkar» took part in the competition.

      – Our main goal is to help our students living in the dormitory to effectively organize their free time. For this purpose, it is important to hold a large number of cultural, sports, and intellectual activities. The initiatives taken will be continued in the future. In turn, we pass the baton in this direction to other institutions, – said at the opening ceremony of the tournament director of the Institute of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts Zhamal Ashirbekova.

      According to the results of the competition, the team «Alau» took first place. Second place went to the team «Grazia», third place went to the team «Sunkar».

      Students Maral Sabi, Kalamkas Turekhanova, Ayaulym Asanova, and Diana Balsapa showed the best game during the competition.

      Winning teams and athletes were awarded diplomas, medals, and cups.
