      QyzPU students became winners of the national scientific competition

      ALMATY. FEBRUARY 4. PRESS CENTER – Friends, we want to end the week with good news! Students of QyzPU became winners of the national competition of scientific projects.

      The 4th-year student of «Kazakh language and literature» Akniyet Sadyk with the research project «Parodies of Sattar Yerubaev» took second place, and the work of Aigerim Kurmankozha «Images of Khans in Turkic monuments» took third place.

      The winners were awarded certificates of merit by the Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuanysh Yergaliyev.

      – Akniyet Sadyk's project aimed to determine the writer's skill in writing parodies by reinterpreting Sattar Yerubaev's parodies. In the scientific work we studied in detail the creative laboratory of the writer, his principles of writing, his skills in portraiture, – says the scientific supervisor of the student, candidate of philological sciences, Bibigul Sultanova.

      The scientific work of Aigerim Kurmankozha explores the history of studying the motif of the birth of a miracle in the folklore of the Kazakh and Turkic peoples, the ancient literary heritage.

      According to the scientific supervisor of the young scientist, candidate of philological sciences Bolatkhan Sarbasov, the work includes such epics as «Ogysnama», «Shyngysnama», «Korkyt ata».

      – Today such topics as «The image of Khans in Turkic monuments» are very relevant and require further study. The high assessment of Aigerim's scientific work means that the study of the ancient epic heritage is very much in demand, – Bolatkhan Sarbasov noted.
