      The Rector of the University met with the faculty

      ALMATY. JANUARY 17. PRESS CENTER – The Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Qanay met with the faculty of the university.

      At the meeting, organized on the Zoom platform, the following issues were discussed in detail:

      • organization of the spring semester;

      • vaccination against COVID-19;

      • security measures.

      At the meeting, the rector of the University analyzed these issues in detail and answered the questions of teachers.

      In particular, lectures and large streaming classes will be held online through the Microsoft Teams platform during the spring semester.

      During the lecture, 50% of the group will study online and 50% offline.

      Regardless of the format of studying, students must complete all tasks in the discipline located in their accounts.

      In case of illness of 1 student in a group, the group will be quarantined and the entire group will continue online.

      It is worth noting that it is expected that in the second semester, classes for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral studies will begin on January 24 in an online format, and offline on February 7.
