  – University teachers improve their qualifications. Professor of the Bashkent University of Turkey Suyer Ecker conducted a 72-hour special course «Scientific and theoretical problems of Kazakh linguistics and Turkology».

  – The staff of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University expresses condolences to the family and friends of the famous historian, scientist, publicist Talas Omarbekov. Professor Talas Omarbekov gave lectures to future historians at the University and for several years served as chairman of the state exam on the subject «History of Kazakhstan».

  ALMATY

  – The Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of the University Gulmira Qanay together with a group of active students of the university took part in the awarding ceremony of the winners of the competition «Digital Ustaz Almaty».  Obviously, this has a special effect on future teachers. The competition is aimed at popularizing the digitalization of the educational process in Almaty schools and identifying the best digital teachers in the city.

  – Dave Chan, PhD, Professor of the University of Alberta, Canada, gave a series of lectures to doctoral students in the educational programs «Computer Science», «Mathematics» and «Physics» of our University. In the lecture «Numerical Methods in Computer Modeling» students learned modern methods of solving scientific and engineering problems.

  ALMATY

  – The success of the University in sports has been supplemented by another award. Nurziya Nazarova, a first-year student majoring in «Physical Culture and Sports» became a silver medalist of the Republican Cup «Kyokushin Budokai Karate». The athlete also won 1-dan black belt in world-class karate.

  KYZYLORDA

  – The fraction «Tereń dem al» consisting of students of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University took second place in the republican debate tournament among students «QORQYT ATA CUP». 18 teams from all over the country took part in the competition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  – What has Kazakhstan achieved in the last 30 years? How effective have the reforms aimed at modernizing the country been? What will be the future development trajectory of the country? Today, to find answers to these questions, an international scientific and practical conference was held at the University.

  – In order to increase the prestige of the specialty «Library Science», and to increase the professional potential of future librarians at the university was organized a competition  «What should be a creative librarian?»  It was attended by students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraighyrov and Kaskelen College of Culture, studying in the specialty «Library Science».

  – Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University has started a decade «Tauelsizdik tagylimi» («Lessons of Independence») dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the country. The main purpose of the anniversary event is to instill patriotism in students.

  – «The foundation of independence is a talented generation». The Republican Olympiad under this name will be held on December 21 at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University. School students of the country will take part in the educational competition on the subject «Artistic work».
