ALMATY. December 2. Press Center – What are the innovations in modern preschool education? What are the vectors of its development? In order to find answers to these questions, the University held an international conference.
School teachers, education managers and university teaching staff took part in the online meeting dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's independence to discuss the development of preschool education and summarize the existing experience.
Local and international researchers on preschool education shared their work at the conference. Among them are Doctor of Pedagogy, Professor, Saira Zhienbaeva, Chairperson of the OYNA Institute of Childhood Public Association Gaukhar Kiikova, Professor of the Pedagogical Faculty of Cambridge University, Dr. Helen Demitrow, Professor of University Nigde Omer Halisdemir of Turkey Nedim Bekirchi and Professor of Kazan Federal University Alla Tvardovskaya.
Reports were heard on 5 sections: «Modern views on childhood and vectors of development of preschool education», «Socio-psychological mechanisms for the successful implementation of preschool education and training», «Continuity of preschool and primary education – a resource of quality», «Inclusive preschool and special education: from theory to practice», «Pedagogical management and teacher training in the transformation of early childhood education and training».
– Among the topics discussed at the conference were the vectors of development of preschool education, socio-psychological mechanisms for its implementation. The continuity of preschool and primary education in ensuring the quality of education, the theoretical aspects of inclusive and special education were also discussed. Important attention is paid to the training of future teachers, – said the leader of educational program of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education Adlet Kariev.
