      – Dear friends! We continue to introduce you to the famous alumni of our University. Nurtazina Rafika – founder of national pedagogy, reformer-teacher, Hero of Socialist Labor, Honored teacher of the republic, Honorary citizen of the city of Almaty. She was born in March 1921 in the Pavlodar region. In 1951, she graduated with honors from the philological faculty of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute.
