      ALMATY. September 3. Press Center – Dear Students! Today we will inform about the procedure for settling in the university dormitories.

       

      STEP 1. The selection committee, when admitting an applicant to the university through the UNIVER-2.0 system, fills in the column «Needs a dormitory» and sends it to the deputy director of the institute.

       

      STEP 2. Each student in his personal page in the «UNIVER-2.0» system writes an application and sends the deputy director of the institute to the module.

       

      STEP 3. The deputy director, through the UNIVER-2.0 system module, fills in the column on the social status of the student and marks the students in need of a dormitory, after checking the medical examination and a certificate of payment for living in the dormitory and the vaccination passport, he sends it to The department of work with students.

       

      STEP 4. The department of work with students through the «UNIVER-2.0» system checks which hostel to check in the student and sends a commandant of this dormitory in electronic form.

       

      STEP 5. The commandant of the dormitory through the module of the «UNIVER-2.0»system accepts the application. A student can view his room number through his profile in the «UNIVER-2.0» system.
