      Congratulations to everyone on an important day – Happy Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan! 

      The Constitution adopted 26 years ago at a national referendum became the basis for the formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a secular, legal and united country.

      The Constitution, as a result of the desire of our ancestors for freedom, became a reflection of the stable support of independence, successful development, and high status at the international level.

      The main values ​​of the Constitution of the country are harmony and stability, the social and political unity of the state. The Constitution is considered an important factor in the even more active implementation of the processes for joining Kazakhstan among 30 progressive countries, strengthening democratic initiatives, raising the standard of living of citizens, and uniting society.
