      ALMATY. April 14. Press center – The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University discussed undergraduate level educational programs with employers.

      At present, the main task in the preparation of competitive personnel is to increase the novelty and profitability of the content of educational programs. In this regard, during the period of preparation for each academic year, the structure of educational programs for each area of training is improved by the leading departments in consultation with employers, external experts and senior students who are members of the working group.

      External experts include the National Center for Professional Development Orleu, the National Scientific-Pedagogical Center for the Development of Special and Inclusive Education, translation bureaus, language training centers, district akimats in Almaty, the centralized library system in Almaty, and the National Library. Employees of research institutes, institutes of information and computer technology, travel companies, and psychological counseling centers.

      The experts also included teachers from Nazarbayev Intellectual School, pre-school and general education organizations, college and university professors, and representatives of the cultural sphere.

      At the meeting on the development and analysis of educational programs, all proposals were analyzed by members of the working group and submitted for approval.

      At the meeting, employers and experts spoke openly about the problems arising in the training of staff, shared their views on the effectiveness of educational programs, the results of training.

      Employers and experts, in turn, make a significant contribution to determining the quality of educational programs. In this way, the university strives to improve the content and quality of educational programs, working closely with employers and experts.

      It should be noted that undergraduate programs offer programs of additional education (minor). This program provides students with excellent opportunities to explore additional professions.

      In addition, thanks to meaningful agreements with the National Association of Educational Investors "Bilim Invest" in order to develop the "School-Higher Education-Kindergarten" cluster, students of the Higher School "Pedagogy and Psychology" received internships in a private educational institution. "Dana." The institution not only provides internships for third-year students, but also offers them extracurricular activities.

      In March this year, the Higher School of Pedagogy and Psychology held a meeting with representatives of private education LLP "Dana", a member of the National Association of Investors in Education "Bilim Invest".

      During the meeting the educational programs "Pre-school education and upbringing", "Pedagogy and methodology of primary education" and "Special pedagogy" were discussed in detail, what key competences employers should have in the future personnel, what disciplines should be in the program, based on the practice, they made their suggestions.

      Also the disciplines of additional educational programs (minor) were discussed, topical issues of opening dual educational programs were considered.

      The University will continue to cooperate closely with the "Dana" school in the field of pre-school education and secondary general education, as well as in the training of competitive personnel in the modern market.

      During the discussion of educational programs the suggestions of employers were taken into account, the programs were supplemented.
