      On February 20, 2021, the staff of the Department of Mathematics of the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University held a meeting with employers and graduates of the educational programs "6B01501 - Mathematics", "6B01502 - Mathematics-Physics", "6B01503 - Mathematics-Informatics". The main purpose of the meeting – provide employers with new disciplines / educational programs, to discuss the expected results in the training of specialists, to take into account their views and opinions.

      During the event, the issues of conducting social events among the teachers of the department and school students on an educational basis were also considered. Booklets were distributed for applicants, teachers provided extensive information about the specialties of the department.

      At the meeting, discussed the possibilities of professional development of teachers, such as different positions and approaches in modern pedagogical theory, the possibility of understanding the results of pedagogical activity and its improvement, the introduction of new information into existing work experience, rapid response to modern requirements of society and the profession, etc. The issues related to the modern requirements of domestic education to ensure the rapid socio-economic development of Kazakhstan, the need to train specialists with managerial competence and the need for creative training adapted to the development of the high-tech industry and the innovation market are analyzed.
