At the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, the Department of Personality Development, together with the Center for Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship, organized a motivational lecture for first-year students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology and the College of Vocational Education.
The event aimed to cultivate financial awareness among students, support their professional and personal development, and contribute to the formation of a competitive and socially responsible individual.
The guest speaker was Nursulu Tolenova – founder of the “TABYSTY WOMEN” program, entrepreneur, investor, and coach with 8 years of experience in media, marketing, personal development, and financial literacy mentorship. During the lecture, she explained key principles of financial management and shared practical advice with students. Topics included effective use of government allowances, budgeting, the importance of saving and building up financial reserves, and ways to avoid unnecessary debt.
This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – SDG 4 “Quality Education” and SDG 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth.” The project not only enhances students’ financial literacy but also gives momentum to their professional development and competitiveness in the job market.
