In her welcoming speech, Director of the Institute of Philology, Professor Aigul Satbekova, emphasized the crucial role translators play in strengthening international ties. Faculty members of the department also expressed their support for aspiring professionals, wishing them success in their career development.

As part of the program, students presented video materials showcasing the history and modern development of translation, as well as the impact of new technologies and artificial intelligence on the profession. University students performed works by Abai Kunanbayuly – poetry, prose, and songs – in various languages, which left a strong impression on the audience. The event concluded with a concert program that added a vibrant and festive atmosphere.

According to the organizers, such initiatives help students develop practical skills, foster public speaking culture, and unlock creative potential. Additionally, engaging in a multilingual environment enables future specialists to strengthen their intercultural competencies and gain valuable experience for their professional growth.
