      Guest Lecture: The Issue of Women in Turkic Society – A Historical and Gender Analysis

      Today at QyzPU, a guest lecture by Professor Shamil Sheimardanov of Kazan Federal University began, titled “The Issue of Women in Turkic Society.” The lecture is being held at the Department of History of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Arts and will continue until September 27.

      This event is intended for second- and third-year students of history-related academic programs. The main goal of the lecture is to deepen students’ understanding of the role of women in the historical and cultural development of Turkic peoples, to foster historical and gender awareness, and to strengthen international academic cooperation.

      The lecture aims to enhance students’ research engagement, provide a comprehensive analysis of gender policy and historical realities in Turkic societies, improve the quality of education through international expertise, and broaden opportunities for academic and scientific collaboration.
