    • QyzPU Representatives Took Part in the Council on the Development of Science and Innovative Technologies in Almaty

The first meeting of the Council on Science and Technology was held in Almaty under the chairmanship of the city akim, Darkhan Satybaldy. This important event brought together scientists, university leaders, young researchers, and representatives of innovative companies. Among the participants was a delegation from QyzPU, which presented its own proposals.

The meeting emphasized the relevance of the priorities outlined by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence. A new ministry is being created in Kazakhstan, and Almaty is already a leading IT hub, home to 52 of the country’s 254 innovation companies.

      City akim Darkhan Satybaldy stressed:

“Almaty must become a model for other cities — a source of new ideas and cutting-edge experience.”

Special attention was given to human resource development. The modernization of the education system is expected to better meet the needs of industry and unlock the full potential of youth.

The Council identified several priority areas for development: ecology, seismology, infrastructure, intellectual potential, and migration processes. The Council plans to systematically develop these sectors and implement innovative solutions.
