      Today, a meeting was held at the university dedicated to supporting the mental health of first-year students from the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Arts.

      As part of the event, Akbota Nurlankyzy, a psychologist from the Center for Mental Health Development, spoke about the Center's activities and outlined the areas of psychological support available to students, emphasizing their importance for academic success and social adaptation.

      Sara Musina, a coach-psychologist at the Center, gave a talk on “How Important Is Psychological Help?”, highlighting the crucial role psychological support plays in students’ lives.

      At the end of the meeting, first-year students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice from the specialists.

      The event had a positive impact on the students' adaptation to university life and made a significant contribution to fostering a culture of mental health within the university.
