      Today, first-year students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology attended an important meeting dedicated to mental health support.

      The main goal of the event was to strengthen the mental and physical well-being of young people, while also promoting their academic success and overall life engagement.

      As part of the program, Akbota Toleugaliyeva, a psychologist from the Center for Mental Health Development, gave a speech in which she spoke in detail about the Center's work, the types of psychological support available to students, and the importance of this support for academic success and social adaptation.

      In addition, Zagira Askarova, a general practitioner, shared valuable information on the importance of youth health preservation, the benefits of proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, and disease prevention strategies.

      During the meeting, students asked questions of interest and engaged in a meaningful exchange of ideas with the specialists. The event served as a useful platform for gaining knowledge about maintaining both mental and physical health.
