      With the support of the university trade union, the national campaign “Mektepke Zhol” ("The Road to School") was held under the theme “Adal Azamat” ("Honest Citizen"). For the first time, a festive evening was organized for children who will be starting school this year, along with their parents.

      The main goal of the event was to create a joyful start to the new academic year for the children and to provide social support to their families.

      The evening was officially opened by the Chair of the Trade Union, Lyazzat Adilbekova. Welcome speeches were delivered by the Chair of the Council of Veterans, Professor Adambek Tatenov, and Honorary Veteran of the Department of Valeology and Physical Culture, Professor Dina Abdykadyrova. They shared their thoughts on the importance of education for the younger generation and offered warm wishes to the children and their parents.

      As part of the campaign, children received school supplies and gifts, while parents were provided with financial assistance from the trade union. Additionally, performers from Almaty city schools of classical dance and ballet presented artistic performances for the guests.

      The “Mektepke Zhol” campaign became a bright and heartfelt start to the new school year, marking a path toward knowledge and kindness.
