Preventive Health Screening

    • Preventive Health Screening

As part of Science Month, the Department of Biology at the Institute of Natural Sciences organized a Preventive Health Screening event for university staff. The goal of the event was to monitor the health status of university employees and promote the prevention of various diseases.

During the screening, participants underwent a comprehensive health check, including measurements of blood pressure, blood oxygen level (saturation), forearm muscle strength, lung capacity, as well as anthropometric data (height, weight, body mass index, and more). The examinations were conducted at a high professional level, and participants received initial medical recommendations based on their results.

Administrative staff and faculty members took an active part in the screening. The event served as an important step in raising awareness among employees about their health and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Such preventive screenings not only help improve staff productivity but also enable the early detection of non-communicable chronic diseases.
