    • Current trends in the development of special and inclusive education: innovations in theory and practice

      The Department of Special Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology organized an international scientific and practical conference in an online format on the topic: "Current trends in the development of special and inclusive education: innovations in theory and practice".

      The main goal of the event was to create a dialogue platform for discussing current problems and trends in the education, upbringing and development of children with special educational needs, as well as ways to integrate the achievements of psychological and pedagogical science into educational practice.

      The plenary session of the conference was attended by leading speakers from higher educational institutions of the country, who raised important issues in the field of special and inclusive education.

      After the plenary session, the conference continued in two sections. They were attended by teachers from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after Alkey Margulan, Kyzylorda Pedagogical University, directors of specialized schools that train practical teachers, heads of kindergartens, doctoral students, master's students and students, which created an open platform for discussion.

      In addition, during the conference, current problems in the field of special pedagogy were comprehensively considered, and issues of interaction between science and practice were discussed.

      This event contributed to strengthening cooperation in the field of special pedagogy. Following the conference, all reports and articles will be included in a scientific collection.
