      On April 18, the first off-site meeting of the educational and methodological association on behalf of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University was held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the following areas: 012 - Pedagogy of preschool education and training, 013 - Training of teachers without subject specialization, 018 - Social pedagogy and self-knowledge.

      During the meeting, key issues were discussed: training of personnel in higher education institutions, ensuring the well-being of children at an early stage of development, the readiness of teaching staff to form an inclusive environment.

      Vice-President of the National Academy of Education named after I. Altynsarin of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ruslan Karatabanov presented information on amendments to the state mandatory standards and proposed to bring educational programs and syllabuses of universities in line with regulatory legal acts, as well as to include the following disciplines in the curricula: Assessment, Instructional design, Curriculum Design, Classroom Management.

      Head of the Department for the Formation of Test Tasks for Assessing Teachers' Knowledge Tursunkul Yersultanova noted the need to improve the quality of test specifications and emphasized the importance of cooperation with the Department of Preschool Education and the National Academy of Education. There were also proposals to amend the list of disciplines for assessing the knowledge of social educators.

      Postdoctoral Fellow, PhD, Professor of the Center for Research on Innovation and Transformation in Education in Central Asia (CARCEIT) at Nazarbayev University Daniel Torrano and PhD Laura Ibraeva shared the results of a study on "Improving the Well-Being of Children in Kindergartens". Additionally, issues of staffing within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School", the introduction of dual education and the formation of an inclusive environment in the country's universities were considered. At the end of the event, a practical platform was organized at the Karlygash kindergarten of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where educators shared their own experience.
