Pedagogical leadership and ways of professional development

  A meeting for graduating students was organized at the university by the Professional Practice and Career Department as part of the Friday Meeting project. The topic of the event was "Teacher-leader: the basics of professional development".

  The guest of honor of this meeting was the deputy director for academic affairs of school-gymnasium No. 176 Abylai Tolegenov.

  The main goal of the meeting was to discuss ways of professional development of future teachers and the formation of leadership qualities in the pedagogical field.

  During the event, the difficulties and opportunities faced by teacher-leaders, as well as current aspects of professional growth and career building were discussed. The participants exchanged views on current trends and innovations in the field of education, discussed the importance of pedagogical skills and psychological preparation.

  Questions were also raised about the barriers that young professionals face in their careers and ways to overcome them. The event was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and develop a new perspective on professional development.
