QyzPU students won literary competition

  A literary project "Kitap-asyl kazyna" was held especially for first-year students of higher education institutions in the traditional art theater "Alatau" of Almaty. The event was organized by the Center for Public Development of the Public Development Department of Almaty.

  The literary project was dedicated to the anniversaries of Kazakh intellectuals, the founders of Kazakh literature, who personify wisdom and exclusivity. The project was held in the format of the Literary Quest.

  The competition included six stages, covering three areas: Area I - "Tulga tugyry" workshop-seminar (homework / presentation defense); Area II - "Sakhna sanlagy" creative hackathon (reading excerpts from works, theatrical performances, performing monologues); III direction - "Ult ulagattary" situational tasks and functional games (using aphorisms, proverbs and phrases in real life to improve the functional literacy of students).

  In an exciting competition, 5 teams demonstrated their knowledge and talents. According to the results of the literary quest, the team of 1st-year students of the educational program "Kazakh Language and Literature" of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University won the honorable 1st place and became the owner of a cash prize of 150,000 tenge. The leaders of the winning team are Zhansaya Aidar and Bibigul Sultanova.

  It should be noted that 1st-year students of the Institute of Philology, Institute of Natural Sciences, Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Digital Technologies, as well as the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities and Art showed high activity and creative initiative, for which they were awarded an incentive prize of 70,000 tenge.
