![The Republican scientific seminar dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the candidate of pedagogical sciences Maria Bazkenovna was held]()
Today, the university held a republican scientific seminar on the topic "Library on the cusp of eras: from bookshelves to digital horizons", organized by the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Digital Technologies and the Scientific Library named after Seraly Kaniyev.
The event was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor, veteran of library science Maria Mukasheva. The lecturer has been working at the Department of Information Technology and Librarianship for over 50 years, providing pedagogical and social activities in the field of librarianship.
As part of the Republican scientific seminar, trends in the development of librarianship, requirements and skills for a modern librarian, experience and prospects for the formation and promotion of information resources of libraries of higher educational institutions in the academic environment were discussed. Current issues of professional education in the field of librarianship were also discussed.
During the meeting, the participants exchanged opinions on current issues of librarianship, shared experiences and received feedback from stakeholders.
At the meeting, students and participants expressed their heartfelt congratulations and dedicated lines of poetry to the lecturer. They also performed the song "Ustazym", which made Maria Mukasheva shed tears of happiness.
"In honor of my 75th birthday the Republican Scientific Seminar was held. I am very happy! Because my colleagues and students widely revealed my life path and work in their speeches. My gratitude to all of you is immeasurable!" - said the veteran lecturer.
The seminar, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Maria Mukasheva made a significant contribution to strengthening professional education and the exchange of experience.
