Today, Professor, PhD Ayan Ekrem from Mula Sitki Kochman University (Turkey) held a lecture-seminar on "Ethics, Plagiarism and Scopus Journals in Turkey".
The event was attended by master's and doctoral students of our university.
During the meeting, the participants received informational and educational advice based on Turkish experience on issues such as modern requirements for writing scientific papers, academic integrity, preventing plagiarism, and preparing and publishing articles in journals included in the international Scopus database.
This lecture seminar gave the participants the opportunity to learn important skills for conducting scientific research, maintaining academic integrity, preventing plagiarism, and receiving practical recommendations for preparing scientific articles to be published in the Scopus database.
Professor Ayan Ekrem's lecture-seminar on "Ethics, Plagiarism and Scopus Journals in Turkey" served as a valuable forum for exchanging experiences in maintaining academic integrity in scientific research and publishing at an international level for young scientists of our university.
This event provided master's and doctoral students with guidelines for conducting scientific papers in accordance with high standards and successfully publishing in Scopus journals in the future.
