On November 5, at the international QS Higher Ed Summit: APAC 2024 in Macau, China, Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University (QYZPU) was awarded the prestigious QS «STARS AWARD».
Representing the university at the award ceremony was Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Social Work, Zhanar Rysbekova. QYZPU achieved a remarkable four-star rating following a rigorous QS Stars audit, highlighting its significant contribution to academic development and its dedication to high standards in educational quality.
Through the audit, QYZPU received excellent ratings in key areas:Employability — 5 stars; Good Governance — 5 stars; Teaching — 4 stars; Program Strength: Foreign Language (two foreign languages) — 4 stars.
These results underscore the university’s strong standing in these areas and its commitment to excellence in educational practices.
The QS Stars system is a globally recognized rating that evaluates universities across numerous key criteria. Through the audit process, universities are awarded stars that reflect their levels of academic quality, international engagement, sustainability, and student support. Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University demonstrated significant achievements across these criteria, leading to its four-star rating and recognizing its high standards and accomplishments on the global education stage.
