      QyzPU students return with victory at subject Olympiad

      On October 18-19, East Kazakhstan University named after S. Amanzholov hosted the XVI Republican Subject Olympiad among university students for the 6B01201 – Preschool Education and Training program.

      The purpose of the Olympiad was to identify talented young people, increase interest among future preschool educators in their profession, reveal their intellectual abilities, and develop critical thinking and creativity.

      More than ten universities participated, including Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, Karaganda University named after E. Buketov, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, among others.

      Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University was represented by third-year students Marzhan Zhaksylykkyzy, Togzhan Tazhyker, Balnur Kenzhebekkyzy, and fourth-year student Symbat Daniyar. The team was led by Akgul Murzaliyevna Zhubandykova, program leader of the Department of Preschool Education.

      The Olympiad consisted of four stages, and QyzPU students earned second place overall. They were also awarded a certificate of excellence in the “Intellectual Marathon” category.

      The students received certificates for their participation, and the team leader, Akgul Murzaliyevna Zhubandykova, was awarded a letter of appreciation.
