On October 2, a guest lecture on "Social-Emotional Learning" was held. The lecture was delivered by Lynn Paine, professor of teacher education at Michigan State University and a member of the WALS board of trustees.
During the lecture, Lynn Paine discussed the importance of social-emotional learning and its impact on the educational process. She explored the connection between educational policy and practice, the role of education in social change, and issues of inequality and diversity, providing participants with valuable insights into modern educational trends.
Participants greatly appreciated the lecture, gaining numerous useful insights into new approaches in social-emotional learning. The lecture sparked significant interest, allowing for an in-depth discussion on pressing educational topics.
