      From September 17th to 20th, Professor Hartman from Michigan State University led a seminar on "Defining and justifying research topics - a review of scientific literature and contextual problems.

      During the seminar, Professor Hartman extensively discussed methods for selecting and justifying research topics, with a particular focus on analyzing existing literature and research issues in a global context. He demonstrated various examples of how contemporary researchers can use artificial intelligence in scientific studies to analyze large data sets and improve the quality of literature reviews. Professor Hartman is a recognized expert in teacher preparation, technology, education, literacy, and language in a global context. 

                                                       

      At Michigan State University, he conducts seminars on these topics, and his research focuses on addressing issues of education and technology on an international stage. The seminar was accompanied by simultaneous translation into Russian and Kazakh, enabling participants to actively engage in the discussion.

      Furthermore, as part of the collaboration between QyzPU and Professor Hartman, a foundation was laid for the development of a joint scientific project involving faculty from our university. This project is aimed at research in the fields of education, technology, and psychometrics.
