The opening of the International Creative Symposium "Advancing the Sustainable Development Goals through Arts " dedicated to the 80th anniversary of QyzPU took place.
The purpose of the event is сreation and strengthening of a professional artistic space for international cooperation with the goals of sustainable development, promoting the development of the creative potential of talented students.
Talented brush masters from Italy, Korea, Hungary, Slovakia, China, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan were invited to the symposium.
The Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Kanai, spoke at the opening ceremony. The Rector of the University thanked the guests and participants from near and far abroad and wished all participants good luck.
The plenary section was attended by Vice-Rector of Strategic Development and Social Work Zhanar Rysbekova, Chairman of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan Omirbek Zhubaniyazov, Associate Professor, Doctor of Philosophy, Department of Art Education, Bansomdetchaopraya Rajabhat University Suriwan Sutham, People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan, Professor of the Kyrgyz State University Yuridanbek Shygaev, member of the Union of Latvian Artists, Professor Karine Paranyanc and other art experts.
After the concert program, the opening of the Center for "Sustainable Development" dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the university took place. At the seminar, a member of the Union of Latvian Artists, professor Karine Paranyanc, conducted a training seminar on the topic "Multimedia exhibitions outside the standard museum white box". Melihat Tuzun, professor at the Faculty of Arts, Trakyas University also held a master class on " Art education in the field of contemporary art and the use of innovative technologies ".
The participants and guests of the symposium visited the exhibition in the art gallery. In the second part of the creative symposium, students and university teachers from all over Kazakhstan, masters of fine arts were engaged in creative works.
