      Developing leadership skills among women

      The regional Forum «TECHNOWOMEN: KEYS TO SUCCESS was held in Kyzylorda and Shymkent.

      The purpose of the event: to organize inspiring workshops and educational trainings aimed at involving girls in the technology industry, as well as informing women entrepreneurs about digital transformation and e-commerce, as well as the startup movement.

      Head of the Center for Women's Leadership of Entrepreneurship Gulzira Magzumovna Bekkalieva,  spoke on behalf of our university with the theme "Developing leadership skills among women: opening new opportunities".

      In her speech, she noted that the development of leadership skills among women is a multifaceted process that requires efforts from both women themselves and society and organizations. Support through education, mentoring, networks and corporate initiatives creates favorable conditions for women to realize their potential and make a meaningful contribution to the development of business and society.

      The event allowed each participant to receive information about the latest technological trends, develop professional skills, hear the opinions of leading experts and discuss current topics in the field of information technology and entrepreneurship.
